I know all this manifesting stuff can sound a little “woo-woo.” And I won’t lie, there is a BIG spiritual component.

But at the same time, there are a few practical things you need to know:

First:  while it can look like magic, it’s a process, like any other process. That means, anyone can learn it, follow it, and get results.

Second, it’s NOT a “should” or a chore. It feels really GOOD while you’re doing the process (think of it like a massage or spa day for your soul!) and the better you feels, the better it works!  How’s that for a great deal?

Third, the process the way I’ve broken it down is really pretty easy. It’s only 7 (or 8 depending how you count) simple steps. I shared them briefly in our private FB group (you ARE a member, aren’t you?  If not, join here) and now I want to walk you through it in more detail, so you’ll know exactly what to do.

Ready?

Step 1: Observe how you feel now. It’s amazing how out of touch we can be with the present moment and how we’re actually feeling. We deny, bury, ignore or gloss over our true feelings. Or we’re too busy or distracted to notice them. So stop. Put down the phone. Breathe. Put your hand on your heart, and notice how you really feel.

Step 2: Ask yourself, “Do I want to feel this way?” Most of us knee-jerk react to our circumstances and totally forget that we have a choice about how we feel. The trouble is, if you let your state be controlled by the “way things are” then you just perpetuate the cycle and nothing ever changes. So evaluate your current feelings and decide if you want them or not, a simple yes or no.  (By the way, It doesn’t matter who or what triggered your current feelings, or whether you think you “deserve” to feel this way. You still have a choice.)

Step 3: Ask, “How do I WANT to feel?”  It’s impossible to just stop feeling a certain way, just as it’s impossible to NOT think of a blue elephant riding a skateboard. (You’re seeing it right now, aren’t you? 😉 You have to replace it with what you want to think and feel instead. So would you like to feel joyful? Exhilarated? Sexy? Bursting with confidence? Wealthy and abundant? (I feel all those when I’m speaking on stage for my business!)

Step 4: Put ALL your focus on what you want and how you want to feel. It’s incredible how much time and energy we waste thinking about what we don’t want — the extra pounds, the bills, the way someone we love takes us for granted…. How does it feel to dwell on that stuff? Crappy, of course, and worse, it blocks the good stuff from coming in. So put your attention only on the things and feelings you DO want. When you catch your mind going to the negative, gently lead it back to what you desire.

Step 5: Keep feeling GOOD! Stoke those flames. Fantasize, visualize, and really feel the feelings. Train your mind to dwell only on the things you love and choose.  If you think you can’t do this, remember how many hours you’ve spent obsessively entertaining worry, regret, grief, or jealousy, and how keenly you felt all those feelings. I’m just asking you to invite different guests to your mental party. You can do it! (It is YOUR party, after all)

Step 6: Let the magic in!  Sooner than you think, you’ll notice unexpected good stuff showing up in your life. Some of it will be what you asked for, and some will be things you didn’t even know you wanted: the friend you just thought of and haven’t seen in years suddenly calling you, a client you thought had forgotten about you wanting to hire you for beaucoup bucks, speaking opportunities falling into your lap. Don’t dismiss these as “luck” or coincidences! You’ve created the space for the magic to flow into your experience.

Step 7: Celebrate the good stuff! When these things happen, stop and appreciate them. Really celebrate, do a happy dance, and give thanks. It feels good, and it affirms that you’re ready to receive even more. Never take any of it for granted, no matter how small!

Step 8 — Rinse and repeat! Do steps 1-7 over and over. It’s a great reset when things aren’t going how you want, and when they are, it just builds your manifesting muscles. Like any other muscle, the more you work it, the better it works and the stronger it gets. Remember, it can take a while for new habits to form (most humans have a habit of thinking 85% negative thoughts in a day!!)  so be patient with yourself, and don’t give up! I promise it’s worth it.

So there you have it, — 8 steps to being a badass manifestor! Start applying this today in your life and let me know what happens!
