My 2018 year in review (the good news!)

I trust you had an incredible holiday season. The kids are back in school and I have been so excited to write my annual year end review for you! Below you’ll find my top 10 breakthroughs, highlights and insights for life and biz from 2018. I hope it inspires you in some way! If so, hit reply and lemme know your thoughts!

“Bring the entire tithe into the storehouse that there may be food in my house. So put me to the test in this right now,” says the LORD of the Heavenly Armies, “and see if I won’t throw open the windows of heaven for you and pour out on you blessing without measure.”

From that day forward, I’ve graciously and joyfully given 10% in faith.

# 2 March 2018- I walked on FIRE! Johnn and I attended Tony Robbins, Unleash the Power Within event and walked on FIRE together.

On day 2, Tony led us on an epic limiting belief exercise where you saw 5,10, 15, 30 years into the future the consequences of living and believing that limiting belief. It was unbearable. I literally felt myself in hell with that limiting belief. I then made a decision to start EMDR therapy and started weekly therapy in April to heal and transform that limiting belief. I highly recommend EMDR therapy!!

# 3 A week after UPW, I hosted my 7th RISE UP & Speak Your Way to Success Event and on the back of it launched the Moxley Method signature speaker system!

# 4 We had the pleasure of supporting, coaching and serving 52 incredible women owned businesses in my signature Speak Your Way to Success 90+ day program!! I am absolutely in LOVE with the women we get to serve and the Moxley Method process I get to take them through!

This is my BEST program, I’ve ever created after 13+ years of coaching!. It’s a Done With YOU Program which gives our clients everything they need to launch and Speak Their Way to Success!

Between the weekly laser coaching, material review, copy editing, 1:1 coaching and step by step guidebooks with easy to digest video trainings, the women are nailing their niches, designing their signature talks, creating their premium programs, birthing their signature systems, speaking and selling. My clients have spoken in front of audiences as large as 8000 people and selling high end 12k and under coaching packages!! I am thrilled for them and their results!

# 5 As a family we traveled to the Atlantic ocean to celebrate my Mom’s 70th birthday with a return to my grandparents beach home in Avalon, NJ.

Johnn and I took Phoebe and Sawyer to NYC. It was our greatest joy to see their world expand by seeing, feeling and being in the Big Apple!!

#6 For business adventures, I traveled to Whistler, BC, the Bahamas and Hollywood where I spoke in front of a room of 300 people!

I empowered myself to learn and fall in LOVE with sales this year. Between my sales angels breakthrough coaches and I we had the joy of hosting 309 breakthrough calls with women from around the globe. I am also proud of myself for getting over my fear of FB ads!! I learned how to run my own ads, wrote my own compelling copy and learned to trust the process of building an online funnel that attracts epic ideal clients from around the world to Speak Your Way to Success!

# 7 My team is growing and I am blessed to be supported by a group of 7 A player professionals who get me and who strive for excellence, service and integrity!

#8 I broke up with the New Age seeking path I had been on for 15 years. I grew up Catholic (13 years of Catholic school) then was on a quest to find God. I was an avid seeker and lover of all things spiritual. I had every new age spiritual book under the sun and studied and read them daily. But despite all these tools, I continued to wrestle with fear storms, anxiety, doubt, insecurity, feelings of unworthiness not deserving and thoughts of “when will the other shoe drop”.

I love author Doreen Virtue and have literally read every one of her books, used her oracle cards as a daily habit and love and respect her. In September, I came across a testimonial by Doreen on YouTube where she shared her testimonial out of the new age and her journey to Jesus and God’s word in the bible.

I have been on the Christian path the past 2 years and hearing her testimonial prompted me to cleanse ALL of my new age stuff! I gave away 50+ books, oracle decks, crystals, sage, mandalas, yoga stuff, astrology books ALL OF IT from my travels to India, Nepal, Thailand etc. It was a very BIG deal for me to release this part of my path.

I was a seeker BUT now I have found what I was always seeking!

(I know a lot of my community is into the new age, so please do not take this as an insult or disrespect, I have zero judgement!! I just know for me, the search is over and I have found what I was always looking for and I am ecstatic in the JOY and peace I now have in God’s word!! Can I get an AMEN!!) 🙂

# 9 THE BEST PART of 2018!! I said YES to God!! On 9-9-18 Phoebe and I were baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit! I had known I wanted to be baptized as a Christian (not just a Catholic) but I was waiting for the right time and finally it came. Ever since that day, I have felt true freedom, liberation and PEACE. I really NOW understand that God is FOR YOU, he loves you! Worry, fear, anxiety and doubt have been replaced with trust, faith, love, grace, service and JOY! What a gift!

I am soaking in God’s word daily. I highly recommend the Life Application Study Bible-New Living Translation if you’re interested. I love this translation because it breaks it down for you in today’s language!

# 10 Miracle Morning! Since November 4th, I started the Miracle Morning habit (get the book) and now wake up at 5am daily. I read, journal, exercise, pray, visualize and affirm my goals and affirmations. Doing these 6 tasks before 7am daily has boosted my confidence, productivity and energy through the roof! Watch this week’s video (dropping on Thursday) for tips and tools to get up at 5 am 5 days a week!!

All of this is quite personal I know.

Joseph Campbell said, “what is personal is universal” and so my intention is that my words and journey bless you as you grow your business in some way!

Overall, I feel my ego and the dragons I was constantly slaying have been replaced by God’s grace and for that I am immeasurably and immensely grateful and love to share the good news with you.

I feel for the first time in my career a love so deep and so wide and a trust so secure and solid that all of my dreams are coming true.

I see how much ego I once had.

All of this to say, building your business is the ultimate self development journey we are on. Embrace it all and enjoy the ride!
