This delicious smoothie recipe is guaranteed to wake you up in the morning or give you a mid-afternoon re-charge! Enjoy!


1 banana
1 handful of sesame seeds
1 handful of pumpkin seeds
2 tbs. of almond butter
2 scoops of your favorite green powder (spirilina, blue green algae, or other greens)
1 handful of spinach (trust me!)

Toss all of the ingredients into the blender, mix until creamy and smoothie. Bless and enjoy!
