Hello and Welcome to March!

You may be feeling the shift of energy in the air as we move closer to the Spring Equinox on March 21st. March is a wonderful time to clear out the clutter, reexamine your goals for the New Year, and continue to rest and nurture yourself with yummy foods, exercise and quiet time. We’re in the final weeks of winter so it’s important to prioritize self care, nourishment and rest in order to be fully energized and ready for the purification and renewal of Spring time.

What are you personal intentions and goals for March?

Coaching assignment:

Pick 3 food, body and health goals that you’d like to accomplish this month.

For example:

Goal 1: Exercise at least 4 times a week doing something I love.

Goal 2: Prepare 3 new easy, delicious and nutritious recipes this month

Goal 3: Sit quietly every day and VISUALIZE my ideal body. I’m going to use the power of my mind to focus ONLY on my hearts desires of having a beautiful, radiantly healthy body.

I suggest dedicating a special journal to your monthly goals. It’s vital that you review your goals every day to stay on track!

Optional: Share your goals with a friend who believes in you 100%. At the end of the month, check in with each other on your successes and challenges and make new goals for the next month.
