As I’ve been preparing for this month’s 21 Day Mind, Body and Spirit Cleanse I’ve been getting into the hearts and minds of my clients.  For many of you, it’s not all about weight loss.  Perhaps you want to release 5, or 10, or even 30 pounds, but the motivation for transforming your body is much deeper than the number on the scale. You want to feel whole and in line with who you wish to be in the world.  Unbroken totality with nothing wanting.  Integrity. Wholeness. THAT is what you truly desire when it comes to your body and life.  Does your diet reflect that?

You know that the current way you’ve been eating, drinking and thinking about your food and body does not represent what you truly desire for yourself. There is a break in your integrity.  There is a disconnect from the wholeness you wish to feel.  Call it self sabotage. You know what to eat and how to eat.  You are “good” for a while but then you start feeling insecure, and you jump on the scale and don’t like the number staring back at you.  Or perhaps your job frustrates you, you get in a fight with your man, or – the most common – everything is going so sweet that something MUST be wrong, so you eat crap or binge to bring your self back to feeling blah.  I know, I’ve been there!  And girl, does it suck!

Let’s get back to wholeness.  Let’s live with integrity in all areas of our lives -our food, finances, relationships, work, kids, spirituality, our environment, Earth, etc.  Integrity is doing what you say you’re going to do.  Period!

Where are you losing integrity in your life?  Why? You know how it makes you feel -guilty, ashamed, mad, angry, depressed, anxious, frustrated, tired, scared and more.  Stop doing it!  Stop punishing yourself!

Make a list of everything you say you’re going to do and follow through with it. It takes focus, planning, organization, commitment, discipline and determination – all wonderful characteristics which will make you successful in business, relationships, your body and life.

Have integrity with your food and exercise.  Start today, and focus on one meal at a time. You can do it.  I believe in you.  Imagine if the thousands of women and men who receive this email today actually lived with integrity (doing what they said they would do, feeling whole, confident and happy) how our world would transform.  It starts with you, right now.  Breathe, commit, act!

I love you!
