Joyful Movement!

It’s as easy as pie! You were born to move and play and dance and BE in your BODY. Look at any toddler to help you remember who you were born to be! Toddlers NEVER stop! They are always engaged in play, movement and FUN.

Make a list write now of 10 joyful movement activities that you LOVE, used to love, or want to try.

Because I know your schedule is jam packed with other “to do’s”, it is CRUCIAL that you schedule your joyful movement TIME in your calendar ASAP (like right now.)

You have to make exercise a priority other wise it will be left in the dust.

I can NOT believe how happy I feel after I exercise.

The joy you feel after you exercise spills into all areas of your life. Here are some benefits of exercise:

* You will be more productive at work (= more $)
* Clarity of mind
* You will exude total body confidence
* It improves your love life
* It makes you a better parent/ friend/ family better
* It tones your body and keeps you healthy

I could go on but I think you get the point!

The next time you feel blah, you can instantly shift your mood by exercising!
