How to Manifest Open Ended Tropical Retreats and More!
For the Venus Transit I took Phoebe (my 2 month young baby Goddess, in her chest carrier) on a 4 mile rugged hike on the Napali Coast of Kauai. I love exercising in nature to ground in my intentions and to submerge myself in a high state of gratitude and appreciation for the beauty and abundance that abounds.
While hiking, a woman passed me and said “YOU are so brave!” I affirmed back, yes I AM!
Are you brave? Or are you shrinking in fear, doubt, worry and lack?
Ask yourself, “how can I stretch myself today?”
In the last 6 months, I have stretched myself WAY out of my comfort zone in multiple ways and in all different areas of my life so that I could seriously manifest the LIFE of my dreams.
Here’s a snap shot of the past 6 months:
I busted through visibility issues and put myself out there NO MATTER what!
I birthed a gorgeous daughter at home (with midwives) in a birthing pool in my BEDROOM. I totally love and trust my body.
My husband and I are more in love than ever. We hired a relationship and wealth consciousness coach and are happily creating our lives together with a unified vision!
All of this sounds really good, right? Well let me break it down for you so that you can go ahead and manifest whatever you desire!
Step 1. Journal every day for 15 minutes about your desires. I like to call this “writing your life into existence.” I can’t tell you how many countless journal entries I’ve written over the years, describing the EXACT life I am living right now. Do it, it works!
Step 2. Stretch yourself way out of your COMFORT ZONE! Do something HUGE that is going to require you to stretch in a direction you have never been before. You can’t manifest what you want sitting in the same consciousness you are in now. I recommend hiring a coach who will hold you accountable to what you say you want for yourself, that’s how I did it!
Step 4. Write out a clearly detailed description of your ideal life (all aspects) and what you will do in exchange for it. Read it aloud twice daily.
Step 5. Read wealth consciousness books. My favorites are “Ask and It Is Given” by Abraham Hicks and “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill every single day for 15 minutes or more.
Step 6. BELIEVE that you will receive the object of your desire and act as if you are in possession of your desires.
Step 7. Trust that your every desire will be fulfilled.
Step 8 Take inspired action (even if you don’t have the money yetJ)!
Step 9 Be vulnerable enough to allow yourself to be loved and supported enough to RECEIVE your desires.
This is my magic formula. I’ve been studying and living it for years and I know it works.
Please take these words to heart because they have the ability to transform your life before your eyes.
