As we enter into February, now is a fine time to take note on how well you are following your New Year’s goals and intentions.
Are you eating the foods and drinks that nourish your body, mind and spirit?
Are you living the life you envisioned for yourself?
Are you exercising your body?
One thing I have been slacking on is home cooking. I am recommitted in February to plan, shop, prepare one new meal per week. I will keep you posted on my success.
