Be the light you seek! I’m in the midst of coaching my 21 days to Feel Hot and Healthy program and one of the main themes is “let your light shine!”  Do you sabotage your light and brilliance?  If yes, you are not alone! Why do you do this?  Is it fear?  Identify your fears.

What would happen if you had a smokin’ hot and healthy body AND you were wildly successful in your career and creativity? Really imagine all of that goodness for a minute!  Close your eyes and picture it!  Now feel it! Get excited about it.

What needs to change in your life right now in order for you to let your light shine? What foods do you get to let go of?  What thoughts are not serving you?  What friends and even family do you need to let go of?

You didn’t come here to have just an “average life”! You came here to SHINE!  Everything in your life needs to be in alignment with your brilliance, truth and light.  This means it’s time to cleanse EVERYTHING that does not bring you joy!

Coaching Assignment!

1. Imagine that you really do have it all, the smoking hot body and the wildly successful career which brings you freedom while fulfilling your life’s purpose.

2. Journal about all of the ways you sabotage your success. Be brutally honest without judgment.  Examples: feeling stuck and hating your job and overeating crappy office food to make you feel better.  Or, feeling really awesome after a work out or yoga class and then dumbing down your high vibes with food.  Or, feeling super happy and sharing your high with your friend, who then cuts you down.  The more AWARENESS you can cultivate around self-sabotaging behaviors the easier it will be to stop them.

3. Journal about everything that lights you up. Give yourself permission to dream and think BIG.  I am amazed at how many of my clients do not let themselves fantasize about their hearts desires.  What happened to your childlike imagination, girls?  I am giving you full permission to dream big!  This is such an important step -please do not skip this.  In fact, spend most of your leisure time contemplating your dreams and visions.  This will charge up the Law of Attraction and easily bring it to you.  I promise – it’s LAW!

4. BE the light!  Consciously intend and choose to be the light you seek every day, in every way. Read Marianne Williamson’s poem repeatedly to remind you of your brilliance.  Tape this poem on your fridge, pantry and in your car to remind you to STOP sabotaging your light!

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.  It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.  We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?  You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world.  There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.  It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we’re liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

What’s stopping you from claiming all that you seek?

It’s time to unveil yourself and step into your full power and highest potential in BODY, biz and spirit!

The time is now to stop being afraid of your brilliance. Stand proudly and confidently in knowing who you are and what you came here to do.

The world is waiting!

Love and radiance,

Amanda
