Spring has officially sprung for us in the Northern Hemisphere! Last week, I attended a women’s conference which had fun self care vendor booths, I took a Zyto Compass Scan and was pleasantly surprised when the vendor told me that I had the BEST/Healthiest score out of anyone she’d tested all weekend! Cool, huh?
I had just enjoyed a super green home-made smoothie (I’ll share a video recipe with you next week) and the night before received a facial and a pedicure! So ladies, start taking care of yourself every moment of every day with kind thoughts, words and of course with food, exercise and massages! You deserve it!
